Q: What is your minimum order quantity?
A: The MOQ is based on different products you order. Usually 200~300pcs. We also can negotiate with you
according to your exact situation.
Q: When can I get the price?
A: We usually quote within 24 hours after we got your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please tell us
in your email, we will regard your inquiry priority.
Q: How can I get a sample to check your quality?
A: After price confirmation, you can require for sample to check our quality. The sample time is around 5-7 days.
If with inventory product, 1pcs sample is free but freight is needed. If it is your customized item, we will collect
the suitable sample cost and freight.
Q: Can you provide OEM?
A: Yes, custom style, material, color, size, packaging and logo are all available.
Q: What about the delivery time for mass production?
A: It depends on the order quantity and if the product is customized. OEM is usually 25-30 days. If it's inventory
product, we can ship within 7 days.
Q: How do you control quality?
A: We have a strict and complete process flow to control our quality, inspection of each step will be done during
the production process. Besides, we have professional QC after mass production complete.
